What Is Strategy

Let's talk political strategy.

I don't like the strategy that some have put forth that we are to give the democrats minor victories in order to keep the American people's mind on Obamacare.

I do not like that strategy but it is a viable one. It is, sort of, in sports what is called “manage” the game.

The republicans/conservatives have a habit of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory but if they do not hurt themselves they can take the congress, both house and senate. All they have to do is to “manage” the game.
