When Is Too Much, Too Much

There is a question which must be answered and must be answered very, very soon. This question is When is too much, too much?

I am speaking strictly of the amount of regulations which have been put forward through all of the incarnations of government (city, county/parish, state, and federal).

It has gotten so bad that certain people have taken to using the ability to regulate to an extreme, they have started to use it as a political weapon.

It can not be argued that the progressives have used the EPA and its regulations as a weapon against businesses as the petroleum, coal, and nuclear energy businesses. All they have to do is to say “jump” and the EPA says “how high.”

The terrestrial radio broadcast business is a dying breed. They progressives are always saying that they want more minority ownership in it but they also make the people who would own the stations do expensive environmental studies on the affects on the environment. What this does it to say that even if you have all that you need to start a radio station, the costs will be far and beyond what you are able to put forward.

The FCC needs to exist because of treaties with other countries but the EPA does not need to exist. The EPA exists only because Richard Nixon captiulated to the progressives.

Regulations hamper economies.
