What Work

Work, it seems, to the people in Washington DC, is a very subjective thing.

The conservatives have been getting on the current resident of the Whited House for going on the many vacations and golfing trips over the course of his so-called administration.

The problem comes when one takes a look at the congress and how little work they actually do. They take the entire month of August off and then work until the middle of December where they take the last two weeks off of december and the entire month of January. Furthermore, the congress only “works” three days a week.

That the usual work schedule for congress but the last six years have been different. The difference is this, Harry Reid. The House of Representatives have constantly passed bills which have ultimately went to the senate to die because they actually would go a ways to correct the problems of the country but because it does not fit the progressives agenda, those bills continue to sit on the desk in Harry Reid's office.

We have an election comig and there is no doubt that the House of Representatives will pass some bills that could help to right the ship, but those bills, also, will fail.

This is why this is an important election. If we can get the congress to flip, then some thing that should get done, will and some things that should not get done, won't.
