Who Is The Better Leader?

There is a big argument to be made that as of 5:56 PM on August 1, 2014, that Vladimir Putin is a much better leader than his, so-called, excellency Barak Obama.

Putin has strengthened his military and started to swallow up the former soviet republics to make Russia a world power again.

Obama has destroyed the United States military. He has, also, destroyed the American economy.

With great power, there must come great responsibility. Obama has not shown the responsibilty which is inherant in the Office of the Presidency of the United States.
